Therapist

Populations that I work with: Older adolescents and adults

You are a whole, lovable person. You have inherent value, regardless of your past, choices, or current situation. When the world presents obstacles, it can become challenging to live authentically and embrace the person you wish to be. In our work together, I aim to provide a safe, caring, and vulnerable space where you can discover that person within.

In our sessions, we will take the time to slow down and allow you to truly feel, breathe, and focus on the healing process. I value compassion and curiosity, striving to create an environment where everyone feels affirmed and accepted.

My intention is for my practice to always be evolving and developing. Currently, I draw from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT). I have worked with individuals across all ages, including families, but my primary focus is on adolescents and young adults who have experienced childhood trauma or grief and are
navigating major life transitions.

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive partnership where we explore your experiences and emotions. Together, we will work toward personal growth and healing, affirming your journey every step of the way.
