Populations that I work with: Teens, Adults, and Individuals

I believe in the power of co-creating a trauma-sensitive, compassionate space to allow you to begin to recognize how your thoughts, physical sensations, and feelings impact your daily life. My passion is working with teens and adults who are growth oriented and desire to experience lasting change in their lives and relationships. During our time together I will support you on a journey of discovering your authentic truth, practicing setting healthy boundaries, learning to use your voice, and creating a deeper relationship with yourself.

I invite you to become curious and experience a different way of healing. Our bodies tell a story of stress, tension, and wounding that often results in physical symptoms and dysregulation. I provide simple, powerful practices that are centered around your unique needs that can bring life changing results. These may include psychotherapy, somatic therapy, art, breathwork, movement, music, mindfulness, and ceremony. I support my clients as they process and release painful emotions that have been suppressed and gain the ability to cope with life's challenges. By slowing down your process, I support your healing by focusing your attention on the present moment, as you learn to make meaning of your life experiences and move towards embodying your values. Through our sessions you will learn what is at the root of your symptoms and learn how to address them.

Additionally, I have experience working with teens and adults with Eating Disorders in a treatment setting and am well versed in the needs of working in tandem with a dietician. I am also available to provide support with meal planning and meal coaching.
